  Everyone was amazing!! Line moved quick while the employees hands moved quicker! First time coming here and it never had such a good experience. Engel as well put me on to the delicious pita chips!!

  The training in this place needs to be reviewed. When ever I come to this location there is an issue. Today takes the cake tho.... dived into a great looking bowl thinking ok my last try here may have paid off... but no... right on brand. The black lentils were not even cooked. Hard and crunchy like little rocks. Wow!!!!

  We had such a wonderful experience at CAVA! Engel was absolutely AMAZING he took his time to make sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. His kindness and attention to customer service truly stood out. HE NEEDS A PROMOTION OR A RAISE! We really appreciate the great experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend CAVA! 🌟

  Love stopping by here for a quick bite on my lunch whenever I need something that feels filling yet still refreshing. All the ingredients always taste fresh, & the workers consistently provide great service. The possibilities for your bowl are endless with all the customizable topping options. If you haven’t tried yet, you are missing out!

  I order from this CAVA location at least three times a week, and I almost always get the exact same Greens + Grains Bowl. Every single order includes the note, "Extra garlic dressing, please don't forget." Unfortunately, this is now the second time they've forgotten it. Some people might think it's "just dressing," but it's what makes the bowl for me. Without it, it's just a dry bowl of grains and greens that I literally can't eat. This time I paid over $29 for my meal, took a few bites, and ended up throwing the entire thing away because it was inedible. To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant several times, but every call resulted in a busy signal. There was no way to reach anyone to fix the problem. Uber Eats refunded me $2 for the missing dressing, which completely missed the point. The issue wasn't the value of the dressing—it was that the entire meal was ruined. What frustrates me the most is that this keeps happening despite me leaving the same note on every order. There are multiple opportunities for someone to catch a mistake like this while preparing and packing the order, yet it still made it out the door incomplete. I genuinely like CAVA, which is why I order so often, but after spending nearly $30 on a meal I had to throw away, it's hard to justify continuing to order from this location. Loyal customers deserve better attention to detail and better customer service than this.
