  I placed an order today 5-19-26 online and had it doordashed. My order came incomplete and not full as it normally is when you order in the store. I was missing my signature pita chips, extra dressing and no utensils. I ordered on my lunch break and couldn't really enjoy my lunch. Then I went on for support and it's hard to get in contact with anyone through support or calling the store. I will never order online again ...

  I have been obsessed with Cava lately! Harrisa Avocado is my go to. Unfortunately I’ve noticed this location tends to run low on ingredients. I placed an order for pick up in the evening. When I opened up my food at home to my surprise there was no side sauces, no Persian cucumbers and NO AVOCADO! I should have at least been notified at pickup that they were out of avocado and asked if I wanted to substitute. So here I am with a dry Harissa “Avocado” bowl. 😩

  Always my go to spot for a healthy and balanced lunch. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without feeling heavy. Service is always prompt, which makes it perfect for busy days, and the simple modern setting feels clean and welcoming. Everything feels thoughtfully balanced, both in flavor and portion. Being able to order ahead is also a huge plus and makes the whole experience super convenient.

  We came in for dinner during a very busy time, and despite the rush, the staff stayed calm, professional, and attentive. Engel, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure every customer was taken care of, even with longer wait times while fresh rice was still cooking. We’re visiting from out of state, and we truly appreciated how pleasant and patient everyone was throughout the experience. The excellent leadership Engel showed was clearly reflected in the way his team worked together and treated customers with care and respect. Kudos to Engel and his team for turning a busy evening into a great dining experience. We’ll definitely return the next time we’re back in town!

  I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this particular Cava. I placed an order for pickup and was given someone else’s food presumably because we had the same name yet different last name (I’m Danielle W I received Danielle S’ order). After realizing the mistake while already home 30 minutes away, I called the store expecting them to help resolve the issue, but instead I was told there was nothing they could do unless I drove all the way back. I took the 30 minute drive back to the store in order to rectify the situation.When I returned, the situation was handled very poorly. There was no sense of urgency, organization, or accountability in correcting their mistake, and I still had to wait an extended period of time for my actual order. On top of that, there was no effort made to make up for the inconvenience or poor experience. Mistakes happen, but customer service is about how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, this experience showed a serious lack of attention to detail and care for customers. I hope management improves their processes so other customers don’t have to deal with the same frustration.
