  Beautiful atmosphere!!! Such kind welcoming staff completely fell in love with location. The manager Engel was so sweet and made sure my order was perfect. Def will come again!!!

  Great experience at CAVA, in Springfield, NJ. The facility was exceptionally clean, and every employee was welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. The manager, Engel has built an outstanding team. He’s doing a fantastic job leading by example creating a positive environment. Remy and Preston super nice line members. Esther the cashier greeted me with such a calm and welcoming smile reminded me what great Customer Service is supposed to look like. I also have visited the Bridgewater location and unfortunately, it has a lot of room for improvement. The level of cleanliness, teamwork and Customer Service at Springfield is on a complete different level. Keep up the amazing work Springfield team.

  Engel and Esther were so friendly! They were fast and efficient when making my family’s order. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles. Everything on the line was fresh and hot! This is the best and fastest Cava in the area. I will most definitely be returning.

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA! The food was delicious, but what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional customer service. Engel, Tamara, and Esther were all friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.   My first time to CAVA and I have to report that the flavor is just off the charts - I mean off the charts along with the freshness of the ingredients. I had zero idea of the type of food served here but the general set up is similar to chipoltle meaning there is one long counter where they prep food and some cooking stations behind that, everything being prepared is visible. Let the comparisons stop there because CAVA is a real calm vibe with twrric chill music and staff are super chill too. They had pictures of shrimp as maybe this was a special you could add to your dish so I thought maybe it was just selling shrimp but no, they steak, salmon, lamb, and chicken along with grain bowls. You'll find Kale, yogurt dressings, Harissa, a yummy garlic mayo - I mean yummy. So I guess is a middle eastern/Mediterranean mix. Decor is wonderful, modern, light and a bit industrial in spots. They seem to have a big take out business too. Very eager to visit again for a grain bowl or something. You can dine in here, plenty of room, plenty of parking. Try it, try it!!!
