  Horrible drive thru!!!!! No one answered for 10 mins, so I thought there was no one at the window, but they were just ignoring the drive thru customers!!!!!!!!!! Just go to the store.

  I waited in the drive-thru from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM on 5/17, and no one ever took my order. I sat in my car the entire time waiting for someone to speak through the speaker, but no one said anything. They didn’t even acknowledge the wait, apologize, or say there would be a delay. It was a complete waste of time and a very frustrating experience. Really disappointing customer service.

  Terrible experience went in ordered and had about a 45 minutes wait once I got my order everything inside was wrong and no one cared to help me get my order correct for my kids. My wife was given attitude when she finally grabbed the order for the family. Terrible McDonald’s never eat in please if you value your time. Drive thru is perfectly fine though. :)

  I hope the franchise owner reads this. It’s obvious there have been new people which is fine. But they keep forgetting items. The past couple weeks it’s been butter or syrup - so now I look before driving off. Today I get hotcakes and sausage and get home and no sausage. I’m not driving back 10 minutes but this is getting nuts. Every single time something is forgotten. The wait times at the drive thru have become so bad. They are not utilize asking people to drive around and walk out the orders that are taking long.. this McDonald’s used to be the best. My go to every weekend and it’s gone down hill. Please train your people better.

  No hay suficiente personal por lo cual el servicio es muy malo. La persona a cargo no está apta para ese puesto. Tienen que poner control ya que hay muchos jóvenes de 13 a 18 que no saben comportarse y toman las órdenes que no les pertenece. Nos pasó hoy. Por favor poner Policías para controlarlos. Gracias
