I know what i ordered, I repeated myself multiple times to make sure she understood, it not my fault there’s a language barrier. I don’t frequent this location because 9 out of 10 times I’ve had issues. But today was by far the worst.

Although its past performance was not exceptional, the current state is decidedly worse, particularly during morning hours when local students are present. The staff appears to be insufficient and disorganized, much like headless chickens. Specifically, the individual I believe to be the manager appears bilingual, yet her orders are consistently incorrect, regardless of the language in which the order is requested, and the coffee is always extremely hot, even when requested to be served at a lower temperature. She seems more concerned with the customer's personal life than with fulfilling their requests.
