- MMM.HJun 17, 20263.0As a resident of the neighborhood for many years, I frequently visited the establishment, typically going there two to three times a week. Although its past performance was not exceptional, the current state is decidedly worse, particularly during morning hours when local students are present. The staff appears to be insufficient and disorganized, much like headless chickens. Specifically, the individual I believe to be the manager appears bilingual, yet her orders are consistently incorrect, regardless of the language in which the order is requested, and the coffee is always extremely hot, even when requested to be served at a lower temperature. She seems more concerned with the customer's personal life than with fulfilling their requests.

I ordered a combo meal and was waiting for my order to be called. Two customers came in after me and ordered the exact same item. When the manager guy called the order, I immediately responded. Instead of giving it to me, he gave it to those two customers who came after me. This was not a simple mistake. He clearly chose to ignore me and serve others first. When I told him this was wrong, he gave me a rude look and said, “Just wait. It will take another 6–7 minutes.” I explained that I had ordered first, and he coldly responded, “It doesn’t matter.” That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. As an Asian customer, this felt discriminatory and extremely disrespectful. I have experienced similar situations before, and this felt no different. When I finally got my food, I told him that customers should be served in order. He again said, “Listen, it doesn’t matter.” I responded, “No, it does matter.” Not only did he mishandle the order, but he also refused to take any responsibility or apologize. Zero accountability, zero respect. This was absolutely disgusting customer service. I will never come back to this place again.

Only didn't go back because I was in a rush to work. To top it off after almost finishing my coffee I find a foreign object. That place should be shut down. This just ruined Dunkin for me.
