I haven’t been happy with this Duncan Donuts. The size of the medium coffee just got smaller. It’s not the same coffee any more. They are trying to squeeze out more profits and the coffee is much lighter they cut down on the coffee content and also the size. Bad feeling as a customer. Very bad !!!!!

Whenever I use the app to get a free item they assume I’m trying to get over on them when I ALREADY purchased something for that free item. ALSO they purposefully REFUSE to give you a receipt with your purchase?? Then if they mess up on my order or didn’t give me an item they act clueless. Not to mention every time I go they have a new staff member they’re teaching the ropes, and the drink is mid to say the least.
