- DHDanielle HansburySep 23, 20261.0I refuse to go to this Dunkin anymore. I go to the one on the other side of the pike even though it is out of the way. The last 4 times I have been to this location my order was wrong, I only order an iced coffee with cream and liquid sugar, truly the most basic drink and it’s never right. The food is never freshly made it takes like it’s been sitting there overnight. What really gets me is the older gentleman that works the window at the drive thru. I work in customer service saying hello, or how are you is like the lowest of expectations in this industry but you don’t even get that. He doesn’t speak to you even when you are being kind to him. I sat in the drive thru line yesterday for 15 mins and there was no sorry about the wait, how are you, just silence. It’s very unprofessional. My dad and I used to come together on Sunday mornings and he was even very put off by this man. This location could do so much better if they put an effort in with the customer. I

I asked him to mix my coffee and he didn’t mix it and said he was not going to scan my rewards app. He is very rude and ignorant. Something needs to be done. There was a women filling in from another, location and she shrugged her shoulders and said “Well than don’t come here than.” Very unprofessional and highly disappointed!!! No customer service at this location at all. Do not recommend!
