- RRRolls RoyceJun 28, 20261.0So where do I start either this place again. They have such low ratings and I know why. I order bagel cream cheese and small reg coffee. Over $11.00. It should be near 7. The kid says the cream cheese they use has changed to a different company so it’s more. I’m like shit for double the price I’m good I’ll take just the coffee. He looked at me like uhhh I don’t know what to do. So eventually manager comes over. He tried refunding just the cream cheese. I specifically said I’ll just take coffee. Then he hands me even less money back. Like $1.75. I’m like ok take this and let’s start over. I said “you guys switched cream cheese companies. He says “no”. So the other guy was lying to try to rip me off for his own gain. That’s the only reason you would lie Blatantly. He ends up giving me wrong bagel and wrong cream cheese. (I didn’t check cause of the whole mess of the money I just took it). Unreal. This is the 3rd time this happened and I don’t know why I even try to give them other chances. Crazy

I mentioned before pulling off drive thru it needs 1 more swirl to taste and he put the extra swirl and handed me a straw to stir when opening up I didn’t realize it was full to the top and spilled hot coffee 😡 all over my crotch. I paid for Dunkin to prepare. Definitely lacking in customer service and it wasn’t like more customers behind me. 2 nd time I had customer service problems with the Older Man Operating at the window. Never had issues with any other Dunkin’ Donuts worker.
