I headed straight to the deli and asked the guy behind the counter—Jason, who was incredibly friendly—“What’s the best sandwich you’ve got?” Without hesitation, he said, “The Calabrian”: fresh chicken cutlet, prosciutto, ricotta spread, long hots, finished with hot honey. Wow. This sandwich was absolutely incredible. If you’re anywhere near Aversa’s, do yourself a favor and order it.

When I get home and take it out of the bag, it's really brown, burnt. I don't know if they hired a new baker or if they just don't pay attention to the time it's in the oven. This is the last time! Do better!
