  Ordered two banana bread and it wasn’t right at all. No cream or sugar .update - The Emailed me and provided no resolution other than saying I should have let them know . I explained that I didn’t pick it up . Terrible customer service

  Me and my friend went yesterday at 8:30pmish. Ava J was taking our order and it was one of the best experiences i’ve ever had. we got 2 surprise me drinks and the staff was so helpful and talked to us the entire time. We both felt extremely welcomed and every single word said was followed with laughter and a smile. Ava J did such a good job at making sure we were good with our drinks and also just brought a very good vibe to the store! Will be there again very soon!

  Pretty sure they forgot to put the matcha in my matcha. Was just syrup and milk. This was my first time here and I won’t be back.

  I had a cold brew black. I use my own creamer from home because I only enjoy Italian sweet cream. I thought it was expensive $5 for 16oz with all the ice maybe got 12oz. However it was REALLY GOOD. I'd drink it everyday but the budget is the budget. I may be old school but asking about my phone number to get a cup of coffee annoys me. But maybe they text you a free coffee offer after so many purchases. Idk. It's a drive-thru situation. You cannot go in to sit and drink. There were 2 lines open. Service was quick for me, but then again I didn't get anything fancy.
