Every time she’s there, she’s smiling, full of energy, and somehow makes everyone’s day better. She treats every customer like they’re the most important person in line, and her positivity is honestly contagious. The coffee is always great, but Ella is the reason I’ll keep coming back. If customer service had a gold standard, she’d be it. Give this woman a raise, she’s a legend. 7 Brew is lucky to have her!
