- VPVijay PatelOct 21, 20251.0The customer service is very poor. They don't care about the customers. The employees working there, are not trained for good customer service. Always need to ask for napkins, ketchup, salt. I had a bad experience with a lady working there. She charged my gift card, and it was the last remaining amount on the card so I throw it in garbage once she charged on machine. Later on the lady employee came and told me that somehow it was not charged. I confirmed with her before throwing the card in the garbage container. I was so pissed off. I paid from my other card. The lady had no regret about that. She could wave the charges as it was her fault. But she didn't say even sorry.

They don’t keep them out at the pick up counter. Every time , customer has to wait in line again to get these items, which is frustrating and slows down the process, especially when in a hurry.
