  I had a pretty good experience at Smashburger in Totowa. The food was good and the staff was friendly. Josie was the cashier and she was really kind and patient, which made ordering easy. The only thing I would say is that the wait for the food was a little longer than expected. Other than that, everything was good and I would come back again.

  Posted a picture of my milkshake that was not completely filled but they charge like $10 for it. SMH Hope the food is good

  This is one of our favorite best burgers store. The Best tasty and juicy burgers, exceptional service. Thank you Genesis for the suggestions and the service.

  Food was Fantastic!!! First time here and I loved it. The cashier was great, the food was amazing and the entire place was super clean and organized.

  If I could leave a 0 star review I would…When I had placed my order and paid, the cashier let me know that only a certain amount of the balance was covered. After presenting the full amount paid on my bank statement he let me know there was nothing he could do and had to speak with his manager Chris also knows as “Big S”. Instead of Big S being sympathetic to the situation, he was rude and argumentative with your typical alpha male egotistical attitude. “Well maybe if you don’t talk over me I could explain” and “I’m not giving you information like my last name or my supervisors name” is what was said to me. This conversation was on speaker phone and two associates with their heads down in agreement of their managers behavior being nothing short of appalling we’re witnesses. In the end I paid over 90 dollars for my daughter and myself to get dinner and not one apology from anyone. So save yourself the aggravation and go to the Applebees three doors down !!
