- MLMichael LAug 22, 20261.0Can they please hire more than two employees to work here! I have had 3 experiences in the past week where they cannot come close to operating this store correctly due to lack of staff and poor management. When i call to place an order i should not be on hold for 10 minutes because one employee is taking all the orders, packing up all the orders and doing basically everything. They have one person on the grill as well. If 3 customers come in they will be backed up for a long time, let alone if they get a customer to order over the phone. I stopped in today to just get some bagels to go and 3 people were in front of me and the phone was ringing off the hook. Of course only one employee to do everything. After 5 minutes i gave up and left. This is the second time this week that this has happened. Please hire more people!
