  guilty of being a weekly frequently flyer to this location, and they always do a great job. the girls are always so friendly, and send me off with my breakfast quick. their bagels are the best! when i lived out of state my family would send them down by the dozen, glad to be local again!

  It’s disgusting how people don’t change their gloves when they dealing with money and food at the same time. Disgusting would never come back. Some people touch other things and then dealing with food. No way…

  I started coming to Joe's Bagels & Grill about 2 months ago and I love the vibe of this place. The store front and bathroom is very clean, the staff are really nice-- they go out of their way to make you feel like family and welcomed. The food is always fresh and delicious-- whether you get breakfast or lunch here you can't go wrong. Love the options and they're always running awesome specials! 5 stars!

  I would not recommend this place based on my experience. The menu clearly states that the quesadilla, listed under specialty sandwiches, comes with sides. When I ordered, I was told it does not include any sides and that the menu is “wrong.” It’s frustrating to be blamed for expecting what is explicitly advertised, especially when maintaining an accurate menu is entirely their responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff made it unnecessarily difficult and came across as dismissive. Situations like this should be handled with accountability, not excuses. On top of that, the atmosphere feels more like a high school cafeteria than a comfortable place to eat. Between the misleading menu, poor handling of the situation, and overall lackluster environment, this was a disappointing experience. Thank you for your response, but it doesn’t reflect what actually happened. Nothing was initially offered to resolve the issue. I had to point out, multiple times and to multiple employees, that your own menu clearly states quesadillas come with sides. This is the same menu your staff reads every day, yet it was repeatedly dismissed until I essentially had to argue for what was advertised. By that point, the experience was already ruined. As for the claim that a quesadilla is not a sandwich, that’s not something I decided, that’s how it’s listed on your menu. If there’s confusion, it’s coming from your end, not mine. The same menu also classifies items like pita pockets as sandwiches, so the inconsistency speaks for itself. At a minimum, customers should be able to trust that your menu is accurate and that your staff will honor it without pushback. That shouldn’t require a debate. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here.
