Horror Our daughter had baptism that day, we had 10 guests and it was a beautiful day until it was ruined at this restaurant. Nobody apologized to us. After having a dinner our daughter asked us to go wash her hands. She can not reach the sink yet so my husband always helps me with that because I have a disability and can not lift her on my own. There is no family bathroom at this restaurant and there are no step stools at the sink so I needed my husband to hold our daughter for hand wash. I looked into a woman’s bathroom and there was one person washing hands. I closed the door and we waited outside respectfully until she leaves. My husband did not enter bathroom while she was washing her hands. She jumps out of the bathroom and starts yelling at us aggressively that men can not use women’s bathroom (paranoia from watching too much fox news?). We are trying to explain her that we just need to use a sink quickly while there is none inside because we have no other option. She continued yelling at us, calling names, saying “your religion is disgusting” (we are Greek orthodox, which is irrelevant because all religions wash hands). My little daughter in her white dress on her special day stands there listening to this psychopath yelling at us. In no way did we bother her. This was shocking and disturbing. After that manager came to my husband saying he can not use women’s bathroom (which he didn’t). Then I went to a manager myself and told him that if this person comes anywhere near us again I will call the police. He answered with a smirk “for what?”. I am still in shock that we got verbally assaulted by a psychopath for a basic need of washing child’s hands for 30 seconds in an empty bathroom and then got lectured by a manager. If you have an important event, don’t go there, these people are mean and will ruin your important day.

Beautiful atmosphere delicious food! More people need to try it. We got the mixed grill to share, well seasoned huge portions. And the service was Excellent. From the warm greetings we got at the door to conversation at table Calling us by our first names when we left made the experience personal as well. We will be back thank you for making my mother-in-law‘s birthday special!

AWFUL!!! Food + Service!!! Went for breakfast because we were excited to order the crepes. There was only one other family in the restaurant at the time. I ordered blueberry, my mom ordered strawberry. 20 minutes later I get my blueberry crepes (as pictured) and the waiter hands my mom a plate of a crepe with blueberry and banana -- He said the chef is out of strawberries and wondered if "that was okay" -- NO, NOT OKAY! Why the hell would you 1) Not tell her what the chef told you and ask if she would like anything else, 2) Assume she would be okay with whatever the hell you brought out to her?? She proceeded just to get the blueberry "crepe" -- 10 minutes she had her crepe. By the way, there's a BIG difference between actual crepe batter and pancake batter -- just because you thin it out doesn't mean it becomes a crepe. We tried a little bit of it. It was not good -- At all. We both refused to finish the food because it was just .. Bad. The waiter comes back - I think his name was Metro? Started with a "M" - and asks is we want a box, I said, "No we're finished." Our plates were clearly still full. He never asked or checked up on us while we were eating, never asked if everything was okay with the food, and he swiftly took our plates away and brought the check per our request. Soo many service errors and for the prices, you guys need to step up your requirements especially if you expect to charge people for a premium. The quality you expect is NOT the quality you guys are giving out. ZERO stars if that was possible.

I drove an hour from Sea Isle to meet a friend here for dinner and it was worth every mile! Friendly staff, great decor and amazing food! We shared an appetizer of 6 dips which had incredible flavor served with Balloon bread which they replenished. We had left over and they placed it in the best divided container to take home. We shared the Ottoman Salad which was one of the best finely diced salads I’ve ever had. Extremely fresh and texture perfection. We split the Gal Special Begundi. I rarely eat meat but the tender chunks of filet mignon on a fabulous base was mouthwatering. The atmosphere is well spaced out, we had a booth near a window and noise level was low. I hope to go back soon to try more of the creative cuisine on the menu.

I had high hopes based on the reviews, but was very disappointed. The service was poor. The waiter kind of rushed us to order, and didn't explain the salads were big enough for two people, yet mine only had one tiny black olive in it. Most of the staff cannot speak English, and trying to get the attention of our waiter was near impossible. They served my entrée before my wife's order was put in. The wine tasted like they put boxed wine in a small bottle and slapped on their own label, and I could taste it was definitely corked and tasted like turpentine. I couldn't drink it. At least they removed it from the bill. I ordered a lamb shank, which was served cold in the middle. I didn't even complain about it at that point, because I could see it was a lost cause. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box, and the veggies tasted like frozen from a box store and heated up in some tomato sauce to mask the taste. The Calamari were like the big frozen rings you get at a supermarket and heat up yourself. I really wanted this to be a good place, but I thought the food was just not worth the high price they charged. I won't be back.
