But my goodness was this one of the worst dunkins experience. My three friends and I traveled down here for a girls trip, ALL OF US have worked for Dunkin. These employees are the most carless, inconsiderate and unprofessional employees I've ever encountered. We walked in and we were the only customers there at first. Right after we ordered, a wave of customers came in and these employees literally just lined everyone's cups up... The people who walked in behind us were getting their coffees and drinks and EVEN FOOD first. Not mobile orders either. At one point the employee asked us what we were waiting for. They had prepped and started our drinks and then continued to add more of the same ingredients. The drinks sat for quite some time while the ice was just melting.My friend asked them if they just doubled the syrups they said no but we literally watched them. Other employees were sitting there eating and talking while a rush is happening. Their bathrooms had "out of service" signs on both the male and females but we watched an employee walk out from behind the counter and go into the bathroom on her phone. Just such a crazy wild and unacceptable experience. The owner of this location needs to step in.

Then I get home I asked for a bacon egg and cheese mind you but some how was given an egg and cheese wake up wrap??? Um no not right and also the loaded hashbrown I ordered without bacon but it was loaded with bacon plus burnt! Tried to call multiple times but no one picked up no surprise !!
