The quality of the food and the ratio of toppings on the pizzas is VERY inconsistent. If you have another Dominos in your area I would recommend going there instead of this one.

I contacted customer care because i ordered food the other night I had used the exact location for delivery and of course its my fault for not double checking 100% I had called 4 times when my order said delivered before anyone actually answered the phone and they proceeded to tell me I put the wrong address and I said can you just deliver it here I’ll pay an extra fee or whatever and they told me no it’s too late were canceling your order and proceeded to hang up on me before I could ask if I can just come pick it up. So I called 4 more times and no one would answer and I went there and they told me the guy who hung up on me left like I’m stupid when I know it was the guy I was taking to because i can’t forget the voice who Rudely hung up on me. I do not usually come to this location because everytime I do the food usually sucks I’ve never had a problem with brick location on York Ave. I ordered to give my team a reward for the short staffing we had that night because my team worked so hard and I wanted them to know I appreciated them. They told me at 11:30 it was to late it took me 8 minutes to drive there with would have left them more than enough time to drive to me and back and I was going to give a very generous cash tip for going out their way but instead I was left with an untasteful experience. After this I truly will never order at this location even if it’s the last place on earth to eat. And did I get anything for the bad experience no not even a sincere apology for the employees behavior. I work until 2am and never do I turn down a customer or tell them to bad we fix it and make it right for them because that’s what customer service is all about and can’t forget the fact that instead of calling me the customer service that it was the wrong location they just submitted a delivered and like I said had to call 4 times to get through to anyone and then they told me the address was wrong. So no one was going to tell me my order wasn’t coming just was gonna close and call it a night. Worse customer service I’ve ever seen
