  I frequent Chipotle often. My daughter loves it! Sometimes I go to the Toms River(hooper) location and sometimes forked river. Last night (9:41) I went to the toms river(hooper) location. As I approached the counter no one was behind me.. The girl asked me what I want. As I ordered my food she was slamming it into the bowl! And then began to rush. They were out of queso, I asked if there was more in the back, she said no. She was rushing me through my order and rudly slamming the food in. She gave me the smallest portion of cheese I have ever seen there, so I asked for more. I told her not to rush because that's how you mess things up. She gave the cashier a look and gave her a look. He rang me up. Didn't ask if I wanted anything else. Then he rushed and rudly bagged my food Which I commented again! Im not one to speak up like that but im paying for it and am eating it! I have never had such bad service there(or any) before. When I got home the rice was crunchy and undercooked and portions were a lot smaller the usual. Very disappointing!

  I ordered quesadillas and got black beans and salsa on the side but they gave me white rice. was still a good quesadilla but not what i ordered

  Floors and tables were so dirty. Food was gross and my order was wrong will never visit this location again.

  Place did not look that clean. I placed an order to go when I got home and opened it barely any chicken and rice in my bowl. I feel like if you order the food in person you get a little bit more food than if you order it to go.

  There was food scraps and sauce all over every single table! We had to clean our own table before we could even sit down. The food was low-quality, not fresh and felt junky for Chipotle. We’ve eaten here in the past, and have had good experiences. However, this one wasn’t. We found the staff to be immature. We experienced unexpected up charges. Based on this visit, we are very likely to not eat here ever again in all of eternity… 🤮
