Bathroom disgusting & started to look at the menu when i saw all the gunk around the food & how dry everything looked from not being covered. Never ate chipotle b4 never going to especially after stepping foot in this one. & not even to think "maybe they are shortstaffed" there were atleast 4/5 ppl working from what i can see & no they were not busy.

I prefer the Route 37 location but because it’s late it’s just closer to go to this location and every single time I come here the steak is overcooked. The queso looks curdled and like it’s been sitting for days. They serve the smallest Portions and for three bowls I paid $50. This location is always dirty… i swear when i come here i pray for a miracle and always end mad i came to this location Because the quality is so bad it is not worth the money we pay. Do better this location needs better manager that care about quality and customers. I definitely got more cheese than i did Rice!!!!
