  Every time I go to this location there seems to be an issue. Today I placed an order via the app. I received confirmation and went to the drive up window to pick up my order. I give the LOUD woman my name, she tells me she doesn't have my order, I give her the confirmation number she tells me she doesn't have my order, she makes me confirm the address where I ordered. I get to the window and they hand me my large iced tea from my order but not my donut. I sit there and wait a few minutes holding up the line. The LOUD lady comes back and says we don't have your order. HOW did you know I ordered a large iced tea then. She starts going on about more nonsense and my order. I told her I don't have time for you and drove away without my paid for donut. This is the same woman who will hand you an iced drink with a lid that you can only drink out of with a straw and MAKE YOU ASK for a straw. I understand the new law but no other Dunkin or McDonald's that I have gone to do this. This woman is the reason for the 1 star and why I will not be going back to this location. Service is terrible.

  I came here with a card that is for a free breakfast sandwich. It was given to me for a mess up order. It says no purchase necessary and a meat, egg, and cheese sandwich for Dunkin in select NJ locations in the following counties: ocean, Monmouth, middlesex, Mercer, and Burlington counties. My card was examined for 2 minutes by one of the young employees there to which he then said I’ll be right back. He comes back and tells me his manager said they will not honor the card. I asked to speak to the manager and his name supposedly is Jacob Sanchez. He told me that they will not honor the card and that Monmouth is not their store. I tried to then explain to him that it means Monmouth County, and that the Tinton Falls store is in fact, a part of Monmouth County. He refused to understand what I was saying and refused to honor my card. I come here all the time and I could not believe the way I was treated. I will never return to this location again.

  I put my order in to the restaurant in a timely manner and I walked into the store and my order wasn't ready. This is the second time this has happened. And the response was because we got busy? There was no one in the store and you were all standing around talking.... nice try... never coming here again
