If no one happens to be there, nobody bothers to help you unless you specifically call them over. And to top it off, everyone looks utterly miserable. If you dislike the work you're doing so much, go find yourselves another job!
- RVRhonda VivaloMar 31, 20261.0What a complete disgrace. My sister and I came here to study and eat. I have been coming to this location for about 2-3 years now. We sat, we studied for hours....all was fine. As closing time approached....it was around 9:48pm. They close at 10pm. A male worker began wiping tables around us....he then states in a firm voice at..."You know we close in 10 minutes right." So I looked at him, and instead of getting an attitude I decided to make it a rather light moment instead. I then said with a smile..." I know you want to go home, its ok." He then says..."No, im not kicking you out, I SWEAR im not." Then I said jokingly and softly....."Its ok.....you want to go home." He then plays victim and says...."You know what...you are mistreating me right now." My sister and I were caught off guard because he WAS JUST joking with us before.....so we were so confused. Anyway....I didnt respond. As we began gathering our stuff to walk out the door.... he turns to me and says " Excuse me, you need to walk out the back door please." So then.....I had to say something. Because at this point, I started to be harassed by the worker. He was disrespectful twice to my sister and I, and it was unacceptable. I will NO LONGER be going to this location. The harassment and disrespect is all too much. I sent a message to corporate, and I do hope they will take the measures needed to resolve this issue. A shame.
