  I won’t be back to this Chipotle location. I ordered a regular sized drink and the lady charges me for a large. I tell her I only want a regular sized drink and she says regular sized drinks are only for kids meals. Since when?! She then offers me a small bag of chips (that I did not want).

  On June 23, 2026 at 7 PM me and my girlfriend decided to go to chipotle in Teterboro NJ there was no food in the trays we had to wait 10 min And it was so nasty in the restaurant If you come here just do take out

  Bro, every time I go to this chipotle, they either have no lettuce or no corn. I don’t understand how you can have a functioning restaurant and literally run out of ingredients like lettuce and corn. You’re literally chipotle. How do you run out of corn and lettuce every single time I go to your restaurant Then they move mad slow. That’s literally like me running Popeyes and saying I ran out of fries that sounds stupid. How do you run out of lettuce? That’s literally dumb and it’s not one occasion. It’s every single time I go to this chipotle they’re running out of ingredients or you have to wait for them to make steak or have to wait for them to make chicken like do y’all not notice the chicken running low? Do you wait for there to be one Shred of chicken until you cook more this place needs to go under new management because they’re getting away with it because the people who are above them are letting them like damn bro I just want lettuce lol

  Their service sucks. I went in and was ordering 2 bowls, I specifically asked for the no sour cream in the salad bowl and the girl worker proceeds to look at me while I say no and she continues to put the sour cream in and the same thing happened when I didn’t want cheese in that same bowl and she try’s to argue with me but I wasn’t trying to cause a scene. The portion of chicken was also very small which I was sad see. I just wanted to let you know that your work staff is completely horrendous and they need to learn basic communication skills .

  I had an excellent experience at the Chipotle in Teterboro Landing. The entire team was friendly, professional, and worked together to keep the line moving quickly while still paying attention to every customer. Everyone was welcoming, the restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh and prepared perfectly. The staff showed great teamwork and made sure orders were accurate and portions were generous. It’s clear that everyone takes pride in providing great service. This location consistently delivers a great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality food and outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work, everyone!
