When my turn finally came, the employee taking the order seemed incredibly frazzled and messed it up. I very politely pointed out that she had forgotten an iced latte for my daughter; the cashier told me she was tired and called over a supervisor. That supervisor had the worst attitude I have ever seen; she told me I had to move and get back in line, and she even threatened to cancel my order. I hope someone takes action on this; that is no way to treat anyone—especially when simply asking for something I had paid for. I do not recommend this location at all, and I will never go back there.

Someone needs to fire those people and remove the TV from the premises immediately.

I personally did not like the customer service for this branch they are super slow. Also this is how these people serve a coffee they dont see whats good whats bad just supply the coffee or donuts even is its bad this is how my coffee looks. People please be aware of this branch. Ones you buy anything from here, please be aware of your health if its getting bad.

Instead of apologizing for the delay, I was ignored and spoken to in an unprofessional manner. I was told they were having problems and that they were already closed, yet they continued taking orders from other customers. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and disrespectful attitude made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location.
