  The customer service in this place is terrible to say the least. I was in the drive thru and I honestly forgot to add something and I asked the lady if I can add something small and she goes “NO. 24.66$” like I understand it was in drive thru but that’s where her customer service skills are supposed to kick in and give an alternative maybe “oh you can place the order and just come inside and we’ll have it ready for your” or “yeah sure I can take the order but can you just come back around for it.” Not just straight up no. Like it’s not hard to just be nice and a decent person. I don’t know these days people are just miserable and find it hard to be nice and those are the first people that wanna apply for customer service jobs. SMH do better or get a different job.

  I stopped by this location on my way home and went through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I missed the drive-thru menu board and pulled straight up to the window because I genuinely did not see it. When I explained that I only wanted to order one hot coffee, the employee — a chubby Spanish woman with a ponytail and pink hair — responded in a very rude and nasty tone, telling me she could not take my order and that I needed to drive back around and order at the menu board. What made the situation more frustrating was that there was no one in front of me and the Dunkin appeared completely empty at the time. There was no reason for such poor customer service or attitude over a simple coffee order. The employee’s behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary. This type of customer service is unacceptable, and I will be contacting corporate regarding this experience.

  They didn't have coffee for nurses, but then when asked supervisor to call manager, she said she didn't want to be bothered. Appalling treatment!

  Their lemonade is just water. The worst lemonade you can get. The staff doesn’t bother to explain this. “This is the lemonade we have!!!”

  Multiple times I ve come very early like 5-6 pm and the doors are locked even though the app accepts orders to walk in and its visibly open on the inside. I thought its a one time thing but this has happened too many times this month alone.
