  I ordered two snappers with jollof rice on September 5th, 2026, and I’m extremely disappointed with what I received. The snapper was cold, and the rice was hard and clearly not fresh. That is completely unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for freshly prepared food. It honestly felt like they were more concerned with making money than providing quality food to their customers. On top of that, the cashier made a comment saying, “Wow, that’s a lot of food,” as if I they were blessing me with FRESH food or something. No — it’s a lot of OLD food. 😂 How am I supposed to go home and reheat snapper immediately after purchasing it? The food should have been hot and fresh when I received it. I shouldn’t have to pay my money just to go home and warm up food that should have already been served properly. Complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience. I expected much better.

  I have a true experience of how poor in service delivery asante restaurant is. I ordered for Okra soup and swallow large and was served with neat fufu and okra soup and the best explanation given is the order they posted with image of banku is vague and cant be conclusively banku when i have ordered same before and it came with banku(confused people), ordered for same food again with extra banku paid for thinking they will convince me it was a mistake, they brought the food without the extra banku paid for. The other time before these incidence, I ordered for waakyi and when the food came it was jollof, I wonder if those with the electronic device who view the order are partially blind and cant see clearly or it is an inherent attitude the resturant wears as its mode of service. I have never been dissatisfied with a restaurant that is meant to serve ghanaian residence and other nationals at large. You have brought the very poor ghanaian way of rendering services to the state to irritate those who want to have a local delicacies to enjoy. I hope and pray you guys will work on your service delivery and get good customer service personel with mannerism other than that lady who speaks like she is talking to her family problems when a customer has legitimate issues at hand.   The food was delicious 😋. Family friendly restaurant with friendly staff that makes you feel like home. If you are feeling brave ask the sisters in the shop about their favorite dish and give it a try.
