  Went there last night with my family and my son got a milk shake and it was not mixed well and didn’t seem right brought it back in to the store to see if they could fix it the girl behind the counter said no and if I wanted a new one I would have to purchase a new one. Which I thought was wrong because I had already purchased one .

  Very disappointing experience. My sister ordered a small Mint Oreo Blizzard, and the first one had almost no mint. When we asked for it to be remade, the second one was runny, overflowing, and loaded with way too much mint. Instead of fixing the mistake professionally, the staff were rude, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome. The way we were spoken to felt racially motivated, and it made the entire experience even worse. We simply wanted the order made correctly, but the customer service was unacceptable.

  This was my first time at this location and it was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Mini Oreo Blizzard, and the first one had almost no mint (my friend also agreed) it tasted and looked like vanilla with Oreos. When I asked for it to be remade, the second one had so much mint syrup at the top and it wasn’t even mixed and it was overflowing out of the cup, so much so that I had to ask for a small cup to pour some in it. Throughout it being made, I will add that the employee, making it and at the register had an attitude with me, despite my efforts in being polite and respectful. When I politely asked if it could be remade correctly, both the employee and manager were rude and dismissive, and I was told I would have to pay for another one. Mistakes happen, but there’s no excuse for poor customer service. Based on my experience and the similar customer service complaints in other reviews that I see, I won’t be returning. I’ve never experienced this at other locations. I typically would stay quiet and move on, but this interaction was very unsettling and very frustrating so I had to share.
