  We were looking forward to our evening, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Although there were several tables available, our request for a table in the front dining room was ignored, and we were seated in the back where the noise level was so high that holding a conversation was difficult. The food was good, but it didn't represent a particularly good value for the price. The biggest disappointment was the service. It felt as though the restaurant prioritizes its regular clientele over everyone else. Despite having dined here several times, none of our seating requests have ever been accommodated. Good food alone isn't enough to make for an enjoyable dining experience. Better attention to customer requests and treating all guests with the same level of hospitality would go a long way.

  We recently had a family dinner here on a Monday night in June. The place was packed even though Monday night is usually quiet in restaurants. The reason is that the food and service are absolutely outstanding. There is a very nice menu to choose from, and there was no delay in getting our dinners, despite the restaurant being crowded. Parking can be a little tight in the area so you may have to look around. However, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Just be sure to make a reservation in advance for dinner.

  We visited Fiorino to celebrate our annual family Gemini birthday weekend. The seven of us were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to a (relatively) quiet table. The service by Jaques, Caesar and support staff was impeccable; attentive but not intrusive. The menu offered tremendous variety and the food prepared and presented creatively. All dishes (but the 32oz Ribeye for 2) were prepared expertly. Special requests handled seamlessly. We all shared several apps and desserts and thoroughly enjoyed the meal, start to finish. When in Summit for authentic Italian cuisine, the choice for me will always be Fiorino (with Focaccia on Morris Ave as a close second choice). Fiorino is the place to go for great food, service and a lively atmosphere. Molte Grazie Fiorino
