  My grubhub driver forgot some items and while grubhub made me pay extra to get the items delivered again, taco bell made sure to send my new items, the missing items, and promo codes for free tacos even though the fault was on grubhub. The best fast food place for a reason :)

  I come here all the time for lunch during my work day. Honestly the best Taco Bell I've ever been to! The staff is super friendly, food is prepared well, and whenever I make adjustments the food is always made with the correct ingredients. Will keep coming here for lunch! Edit: Shoutout to David who works there, always super friendly when I go through the drive through!:)

  Very disappointing experience. I specifically ordered vegetarian food and the receipt clearly showed “No Seasoned Beef” with beans substituted. However, while eating the food, my wife realized that meat had been included in the tacos. I reported the issue to Taco Bell on May 16, only two days after the May 14 purchase. An area manager called me that same day, acknowledged the issue, and offered a refund and complimentary food. I did not ask for either; the manager offered them himself. When I recently tried to follow up with the store, the area manager was rude and dismissive and then said the refund could not be provided because more than a month had passed. I had reported the problem almost immediately, so I don’t think it is fair to use the passage of time against me after a resolution had already been offered. I also do not consume meat due to my religious beliefs, which made this experience especially upsetting. I am no longer interested in getting food from Taco Bell. The food mistake was disappointing, but the way the complaint was handled by the area manager was even more disappointing. I hope corporate management reviews how this location handles vegetarian orders and customer complaints.
