- DEDonna EvansSep 22, 20262.0I moved to Stirling last year and have been going to this Dunkin on and off. I say on and off because they have messed up my drink multiple times, but I have continued to give them more chances to get it right. I will go a few times and everything will be fine, then they will do something wrong, I will take a break from going, and then a while later I give them another chance. This last time I went I think will be my last, unless I am desperate. There was a guy there who barely spoke at all. My drink did not taste right so I told him, he did not say a word. I suggested ways to make it better, he did them, and it still did not taste good. (it was honestly the iced tea itself that tasted very bitter). I was standing there very obviously frustrated and not knowing what to do. He pretty much just stared at me and did not say a word. I have seen this man there before and he literally barely says anything. I was looking on the cup where it says the love it or we will make it right thing, and I was just so disappointed that I would have had to ask for that when I clearly was not happy with my drink. I just left at that point. I tried to drink the iced tea, but I ended up throwing it out. I was just so frustrated because this is the closest dunkin to me and I have given them multiple chances to "make it right" and it's inevitable that they mess it up again. Save yourself the trip and go to the one in Basking Ridge at Dewy Meadows. It is much nicer inside and they are much friendlier and helpful.

The coffee is amazing!! We got an iced coffee and iced latte. Don’t think I’ve ever had coffee this perfect before! The donuts are MASSIVE too! Friendly staff as well! This experience put us in a better mood after slight vacation depression haha
