  Other than it being a fast food restaurant, this is the first time in a Chipotle Restaurant to be missing a lot of foos options. From my visit and what I usually get they had no brown rice, no carnitas, no veggies, and no vinaigrette. Wild! But regardless still love chipotle, just this spot was different experience.

  Hands down the most dedicated staff i’ve ever seen at any fast food establishment. Because of the storm they lost power and their system went down. They didn’t even hesitate to come up with a solution to keep the doors open and customers happy. Yes it was cash only, but what can you expect when they had no power… Yes the line was long but the girl at the register (with the green braids) shoutout to her because she stepped up and was calculating everyone’s order and keeping the whole place organized while also laughing and chatting it up with customers. I have seen places lock the doors at the slightest inconveniences but this staff here today really stepped up and deserve Recognition . Not a SINGLE staff member had a negative look on their face while dealing with this issue! That is so rare to find in a team! Just had to shout them out, they really made our night!

  This location tends to be very hit or miss as far as food quality goes. Visited today and the manager was very kurt and disinterested in helping when I asked about the promotions they're currently advertising. Thankfully the other employees were kind and helpful. The lines sometimes slow, they might be short staffed? Ordering ahead definitely helps it seems.

  If you want seasoned food, fast service, and a positive environment, go to any other chipotle this was the nastiest chipotle i’ve ever been too. Whoever is in the kitchen please kick them out immediately and have them at the register.

  There are no words to start this review. To start off they gave me a deformed bowl, I asked for white rice which I got half of a spoon (if lucky) I asked for beans, and ended up getting bean juice, I asked for double chicken, I got half. I asked for guacamole and cheese, the guacamole was stiff, and the employee told me there was no cheese. I looked down mind you the cheese was full and when I asked they said they weren’t allowed to give it to customers? Like ahh yes the cheese is for the employees ig my cousins asked for steak. The employee serves all that is left, then she changes her mind and asked for double steak. The employee scoops straight air and pretends to put something into the bowl. Mind you there was no steak second “spoon-full” they were out of straws and we had to wait quite a while for one, we received a broken tho. But chipotle is still gas and I love the food (gift card?) this review was not a joke I’m genuinely mad. This was very disappointing and was a slander to the beautiful legacy of the chipotle name. Also I forgot mention the Coca Cola was straight water.
