- LLLianaSep 6, 20261.0The service was absolutely unacceptable the man at the front (not wearing a name tag) was unbelievably rude he did not make me and my cousin drink how me like it so we kindly asked if he can please add some more syrup but he told us no he made it by the recipe but their policy it Love your drink or we will remake it and he told us if u really want more give me 65 cents but we already paid for the drink and I have never been to a Dunkin that has ever charged me for wanting to make my drink right so I would never return to this location and would not recommend u do either I don’t know what the man’s name was but he was Mexican had dark black hair and wearing a midnight Dunkin shirt on Sunday September 6th at around 5

They asked for an extra pump of syrup and the worker was very assertive and aggressive with not catering to what we were asking. He was very rude and unwilling to fix the problem and was unwilling to refund us. Employee was not nice to young children at all.

He was literally watching TikTok while he served us. When we asked for the manager, he told us no. We were being so polite and we got treated horribly. I’m never coming back.
