  The employees are the worse. I come here after school everyday to buy a matcha and a blue berry muffin and one of the workers lied to my father and said I cause chaos in there. Very very upset. They also always mess up orders and take forever to give food. my friend came here for a bagel and he’s waited for at least an hour and when he went up to ask about it, they told him there was no more bagels left so they never gave it to him.

  I don’t usually write reviews, however unfortunately a poor experience has happened to me multiple times at this specific Dunkin. Today I ordered an iced coffee and it was SOUR. I even had my sister try the coffee and she couldn’t even keep it in her mouth. It was not busy, 1 person in line and 1 person in the drive through. I did the same exact order on the dunkin on route 1 and it tasted amazing. This Dunkin always disappoints in the morning, however if I come in later in the day I seem to have a better experience. This Dunkin management needs to talk to their employees, especially about proper food safety considering my drink definitely had something rotten inside. I’ve worked in fast food before so I’m understanding of small mistakes, normally I don’t like writing reviews like this but it’s a regular issue I have with only this specific Dunkin. (I am also aware that yes the same drink can taste different, however, considering one was extremely sour *not bitter* and the other drink *of the same order* was creamy and sweet, is definitely not just a slight proportion error, one of the ingredients used was rancid.) Like I’ve said, it’s unusual for me to even write poor reviews, however this Dunkin needs to hear the consumer feedback.

  The short Spanish lady with the white permanent eyeliner was rude and nasty. I asked for steamed milk in my coffee and she said we dont do that here. I told her every other dukin does she said not here and not for coffee. I even offered to pay and she refused. There was no need to be nasty and rude.
