  I am look at these reviews and quite frankly they are all fake. I am a regular at this location and there are always problems and long wait times. Whenever I ask to see the general manager they are no where to be found. Stop spreading fake reviews. This is shameful, and treat your employees better. It seems they make up for upset customers, not whoever “Esha” is, according to these fake reviews.

  I don’t usually write reviews for chain restaurants, but the service I received here blew me away. The new manager, Esha, brings a level of true hospitality that you usually only see at fine-dining restaurants. She was incredibly warm, proactive, and made sure every single customer in the store was taken care of. She treated us like VIP guests rather than just another order ticket. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, but Esha is the real reason this location just became my absolute favorite.

  You can always tell when a restaurant gets a great manager, and this Pizza Hut is living proof of that. Esha has completely elevated this location. The energy in the store is so positive, the staff is smiling and working seamlessly together, and the food quality is the best it’s been in years. It takes real leadership to run a team that well. Esha truly cares about the customer experience, and it shows in every single detail. Absolutely stellar service!

  If I could give more than 5 stars for customer service, I would! The food was delicious as always, but what made this visit special was the new manager, Esha. She greeted us with a huge smile, made sure the dining area was spotless, and handled the dinner rush like an absolute pro. It’s rare to see a manager so hands-on and genuinely invested in making sure everyone leaves happy. Thank you, Esha, for a wonderful experience!

  I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for a while, and I have to say, the atmosphere and service have completely leveled up recently! A massive shoutout to the new manager, Esha. She brings such positive energy to the store, and her team seems really happy and efficient under her leadership. Our food came out piping hot, exactly as ordered, and Esha personally checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Amazing turnaround—keep up the great work, Esha!
