  My husband and I recently visited Paulo’s for the first time and we were absolutely impressed by the level of professionalism and kindness by the entire staff, especially the host, Joe. We came in on a Friday night without a reservation and we were seated in reasonable time. Joe communicated very clearly there would be a little bit of a wait without a reservation but he would do his best to seat us as soon as possible, which he absolutely did! We opted to do the rodizio, it was my first time doing this and I was overwhelmed in the best way possible! All the meats were so flavorful and the servers were generous and all super friendly! Paulo’s is a must try! We will be visiting regularly!

  I had a very disappointing experience with my order. I paid about $11 extra for two extra sides, but instead of receiving the sides in addition to the sides that were already supposed to come with the meal (rice and fries) I only received those two. I ended up paying around $37 for the meal, and when I contacted the restaurant about the issue, they did not take responsibility or offer any solution. Very disappointing, especially considering the price and the poor customer service.

  Love this place! Ruben our server was on top of things, our guacho Guillermo is always here and one of my favorite people at Paulos. Joe, the manger was super friendly and had a good conversation with him. Oh, the food, always top notch! Always something to experience every time we come back!

  I really enjoyed this spot, I took my small service animal with me and they were very accommodating and nice to us. We sat in the outdoor seating area, and the service was phenomenal! Every single server, food runner, busboy, and even the manager were so nice and always checking in to make sure we were okay. Sitting outside sometimes can be tricky because it takes longer to get service out there, but that was not the case here. The food was also delicious, we did the Dinner Rodizio and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cuts, my favorite was the Picanha and the Steak with cheese broiled on top of it which was so bubbly and tasty. I really will be recommending this place just for the service alone, but the food is the cherry on top!

  My fiancé took me here tonight for an early birthday dinner and wow! We both did the Rodizio experience and ALL the meats were grilled to perfection and super tender! Even the seafood was delicious! Our server Sam was exceptional as well and was very friendly and attentive asking us if everything was okay multiple times and if we needed anything. We mentioned at one point that we hadn’t gotten any seafood and within minutes someone was at our table to give us flounder and shrimp. We had an exceptional experience and will definitely be back!!
