  This place is literally THE BEST for radizio. My husband, son and daughter in law had the lunch portion, and I tell you the meats were fresh, hot and juicy!! The person that brought them the radizio was generous and friendly. Shout out to Ruben, our server. I asked tons of questions and he answered without getting annoyed. Highly recommend for big appetites. The other food was great too.

  Just finished having the rodizio with my family of 4. The manager Joe is so friendly and personable welcoming us immediately was a great start. Every single person who brought meat or water or checked on us so many times was excellent and on top of everything. The food was delicious and fresh and plentiful! The atmosphere was great too. My family will definitely return and I recommend trying this rodizio to all.

  Had an amazing experience at Paulo’s BBQ Steakhouse! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the grilled meats and Brazilian BBQ. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire meal. Definitely one of the best spots in South Plainfield for Brazilian and Portuguese BBQ. I highly recommend checking it out, especially if you’re a fan of steak, ribs, and authentic BBQ. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Celebrated my husband‘s birthday here last night. Was surprised how nice the dining room is. The waitstaff, particularly our waiter Thiago, were attentive and personable. We enjoyed the caipirinha cocktails. We had the Rodizio and everything we tasted was cooked to perfection - even the chicken hearts - yum! Next time we’ll come back and try some other delicious items on the menu. Thank you for the birthday dessert and helping us celebrate my husband special day 🌟

  From beginning to end, Paulos was exceptional. Making the reservation was easy. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by the valet attendants, again by the host inside, and promptly sat. Our server Edwin was friendly and quick to get us settled in for the rodizio. Every staff member was very friendly as well as intuitive. When we did asked for specific items they were brought out quickly. The food… I am unable to compliment enough, you will have to try it for yourself. Everything we tried was better than the last. Juicy, flavorful, perfect sear. I couldn’t tell you what my favorite was, only that I left very full and very pleased. Additionally, the drinks were amazing. Passion fruit sangria pitchers for the win. Huge thanks to the staff working hard to fill us to the brim, the managers for constantly being present and checking in with all the guests, and of course our server Edwin.
