Joao our server was an absolute pleasure. Actually everyone was super nice. From the new sever/bus boy they hired, Joseph. To the pleasant bus girl everyone was really nice. The food wasn't overly salty like other rodizios I've been to and not very heavy. We had 4 rodizio orders and a half pitcher of mango sangria. The price wasn't too bad roughly $300+ for four people with drinks. The ambiance was clean and quaint,a perfect date nite. I will definitely go back again and bring more people!!
My eldest daughter and her hubby took us here for my birthday and this place is da bomb! The rodizio was outstanding - variety of meats and seafood hit da spot and then some. And as topping on the cake she told them it was my birthday so they did it up for me with their birthday celebration. Def will be back as I really like the place.
Among the many Rodizio and Brazilian BBQ places I have been to, this one astonished me with the level of attentiveness and speed of service offered by its cooks and waiters, especially Tiago. At no point was my drink left empty for more than a moment and the meats and sides continuously came to the table. Also, regarding the meats, many of them were delicious, but I give a shout out to those smothered in a sauce or seasoning, especially the cheese steak.
We had an amazing experience! We came in as a large party, and everything—from the food to the atmosphere to the service—was outstanding.
Our server, Tiago, was truly impeccable. He was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive, making sure everyone at our table had exactly what they needed. He handled our group with ease and professionalism, which made the night even more enjoyable.
The staff also went above and beyond by paying special attention to my 5-year-old niece, whose birthday we were celebrating. They made her feel so special, and it meant a lot to all of us.
Highly recommend—thank you for such a memorable evening!
We have visited this restaurant many times and have likely spent over $2,000, typically dining in groups of four to six. Given the pricing—$50 per adult and $29 for children—we expected a consistent level of service. Unfortunately, this was our worst experience to date.
We chose the all-you-can-eat option, where various meats are brought to the table. However, the service was extremely poor. The waitstaff repeatedly skipped our table, and we constantly had to flag someone down just to be served. In fact, we waited 15 minutes upon being seated and had to ask for a menu ourselves—this should have been an early sign to leave.
At one point, we asked a server carrying shrimp if we could have some before he returned to the kitchen. He told us he would be right back, yet never returned, despite passing our table multiple times afterward. Meanwhile, other tables received attentive and consistent service. We were paying the same price as everyone else, yet were clearly being overlooked.
We eventually spoke with the manager to explain the situation. Rather than addressing the issue in the moment or directing staff to correct the service, he simply told us to inform him on a future visit so he could “take care of us.” This response was disappointing and failed to resolve the immediate problem. We were not asking for complimentary food—only for the service and experience we were paying for.
Due to this experience, they have lost loyal customers. There are many other similar restaurants available, and we will not be returning.
