This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. This is the second time this happened.
The service is terrible, and the staff seem distracted. There's always something missing from my order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich without pork this morning, but they gave me one with pork. It's unbelievable! Also, there was no straw in the bag for my drink. Avoid this place if you want decent service. The management is poor.

Every time I come to this location the food is so freshly made. I haven’t had a crisp to mc nuggets in a long time. My filet-o also came out hot! Who ever the manager is running this location deff doing good stuff! Thank-you!!

I’m leaving this review because of how I was treated by the person working the night shift 03/10/2026 12:50 AM (I believe he was the manager, but I’m not certain). I ordered a large meal around 12:47 AM. When I got my fries, they were very cold. I turned back around at 12:53 AM—only four minutes later—to politely ask for fresh ones.
I am a calm person and I don't like to make scenes, I went straigh to the 2nd window, but I was told the kitchen was already "closed" and they refused to cook new fries. I even asked the guy to simply touch the fries to see for himself how cold they were, but he wouldn't even do that. He offered absolutely nothing in exchange until I had to ask for a substitute myself. Only then did he offer a McChicken or 4 or 6 nuggets. I just said, "No, it's okay, just leave it like that." He asked, "You sure?" and I just left.
I want it known that my car recorder captured this entire interaction. I remained calm, but the way I was dismissed was unfair and unprofessional. I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak with someone in charge, and I'm prepared to share the footage so everyone can see exactly how this was handled.
