  I go to this Dunkin’ pretty often, and whenever the African American girl in the blue shirt helps me, she has a very rude attitude. Today, I came in for an iced coffee, and when I got to the window, I politely asked if I could have less ice. She responded, “I already made it. What do you want me to do?” I then asked if she could remake it, and she replied with an attitude, saying that next time I should mention it while ordering. When she handed me my iced coffee, I asked for her name, and she responded, “Girl, I see you every day. I’m not scared of you. Goodbye.” I went inside to ask another employee, and she told me her name is Mariyah. This Dunkin’ really needs to train its employees to provide better customer service. It’s ridiculous for employees to treat customers this way. This girl's attitude is disgusting, and this will have me never return. I feel bad for her....

  i just went around 6:30pm. The man who attended me had good service and good food. i am very satasfied. 💕

  Amazing start to my morning every time I go. my coffee is perfect. The people that work there are always fast, kind, and polite.

  Saw this new Dunkin on my way home . Looks like they just opened . Went drive in to order stuff . Ordered hash browns and it took a long time .. 5-6 mins … and I was given a maschiato but without a straw . Didn’t realize it till I drove 2-3 miles . Had to wait till I reached home to drink this . Hope the employees are trained well for quick service.. Cold coffee tasted awesome though. Hash brown was also awesome .. . Good luck to the new du kin franchise to do well 👍👍👍
