Every time I ask them to shake it they always stir it instead. Today I asked if I could have the drink shaking as it is intended to be when they make it the guy said okay and proceeded to stir it aggressively with a spoon. 🫠

Whoever owns this DD, don't lose this guy. He deserves a raise. It is rare that you find happy and friendly employees anywhere these days. He was service with a smile!
- MCmelissa cardozaMay 3, 20261.0I just left this Dunkin’ on 5/3/26 at 9:53 AM and I’m honestly appalled by my experience. I’ve had issues here before, but today was unacceptable. I witnessed a young male employee (no name tag, curly hair) on the food line wipe his nose with his glove using a tissue, throw the tissue away, and then continue serving food without changing his gloves. That is extremely unsanitary and concerning. On top of that, another employee, her name sounded like “Mai” or “Maij”, was yelling at an elderly man who could barely walk because he picked up the wrong size tea. He was very apologetic, and she still took the drink away after he had already started drinking it. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely unnecessary. Please review your cameras from that time. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Management needs to do better, this crew is both unhygienic and disrespectful.
