  My husband placed an order for delivery and once it arrived both of my pizzas were missing toppings that were paid extra, we called back to the store and the staff is not trained properly/understaffed .This has happened way to often with delivery. Never again.

  I have ordered pizza from this place several times. They always forget the garlic sauce on the crust for a hand tossed pizza. They claim they run out, they just don't put it on. I've ordered 10 times from them. 10 times they forgotten in a span of 2 years. They just suck. They don't care. The worst part is I'm stuck with this Domino's to deliver to my house. They have certain designated delivery areas and other dominoes want overstep boundaries.

  Extremely disappointed with the Domino’s Plainfield location. It honestly feels like the store is severely understaffed and the employees are not properly trained to handle rush hours, large order volumes, or even basic customer interactions when things get busy. I placed an order around 6 PM, and the app showed it as “delivered” by 6:45 PM. The reality? The food didn’t arrive until almost 8 PM. I even had to drive to the store myself because the order was marked delivered even though I never received it. When I spoke to the staff, nobody seemed to know what was going on or how to handle the situation. The whole store looked chaotic, with people waiting for pickups, confused customers, and staff struggling to manage communication. I understand being busy, but basic training and customer service matter. Very disappointing experience overall, especially from a company like Domino’s that constantly advertises high delivery standards and fast service. This location seriously needs better management, staffing, and training.

  I order pizza pretty often and no matter what everytime I’m checking to see where they are it says the food is delivered and then the person shows up 20mins later. I call the store three times no answer the service at this location sucks and I definitely will be ordering from somewhere else.

  A year ago The service and food was great here but the last two times of ordering and having food delivered have been horrible delivery drivers and CSR in the store have been rude and even vandalism to property because a tip wasn’t given and I’m a great tipper but forgetting items already paid for does not get you a tip and I shouldn’t have ordered again after the last incident won’t happen again though I will not support this particular establishment again will be sending video footage to their corporate office also !!!! Next time you want to damage plants make sure the bell doesn’t pick you up Alex V. !!!!! Be aware all who order from this LOCATION!!!! In South Plainfield NJ
