  Not the best chipotle I’ve been to. They are very stringent on the protein. Beyond this, they do not care to care a little bit to make the atmosphere more pleasing. Would not recommend

  Honestly really disappointed. I found a piece of plastic AND hair in my Chipotle bowl while I was eating it. 🤢 Like… how does that even happen? I understand mistakes happen, but finding two things in my food is just gross. Definitely not what I expected and honestly makes me not want to eat there again.

  Usually come here because it’s my favorite location. Today it was cold, the food was obviously not fresh, beans were cold and hard, rice was clumped up. I’d understand if I had come in the morning but it’s 2 pm. Staff isn’t pleasant either, though I didnt mind that as much as also paying for food that wasn’t very good. Disappointing

  Ive avoided this location for as long as I can remember while growing up in this area. Today I decided to go because it was getting late and it was on the way home; so I ordered ahead online. When I got there, not only is there a long line but the store and food station looked a giant mess. My food said it was ready for pick up so I waited by the register. There were only two people on the floor; the one preparing online orders, and the one preparing the food for the line. The one for the line kept yelling to the back for more food with no response. She then stopped preparing the food for the customer and you could hear her scream “what are you guys doing!” Before she came back with lettuce and two younger kids came out from the back playing around and laughing. I then waited another 5 mins before someone asked my name for my order. I get home and the burrito I ordered was just thrown together and not even wrapped properly, with the fillings coming out. Just overall a bad experience that still has yet to change at this location

  I had a terrible experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Right from the start, the service was bad. I asked for extra cheese because the portion was small, and the employee just ignored me and tried to close my bowl like I didn’t say anything. When I repeated myself, I got attitude instead of basic customer service. Then checkout was a complete mess. The cashier, Betsy, was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care. I was charged for a chicken bowl when I ordered sofritas, and somehow queso got added even though I never asked for it. On top of that, when I asked for a water cup, she basically tossed it at me. Completely disrespectful. After checking my receipt, I realized I was overcharged because of their mistakes. At that point, it was just frustrating dealing with people who clearly don’t pay attention or care about what they’re doing. I used to work at Chipotle, and this is nowhere near the standard they’re supposed to have. This location seriously needs to get it together because the service is sloppy, careless, and rude.
