  They skimp on the portions. I had to ask them to add extra of everything, including the rice. Very disappointing, and I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

  Idk how hard it is to get a simple order right I asked for sour cream and gauc with no beans and they do the opposite they added beans and of course I get charged for gauc that’s not even in my bowl with no sour cream this isn’t the first time my order has been messed up like you can’t make this stuff up

  I’ve had some absolutely HORRENDOUS burrito wraps from Chipotle in my lifetime. Burritos falling apart, tortillas giving up halfway through, fillings making a run for freedom… I’ve seen it all. But today I met Frank. Frank was put on this Earth to wrap burritos. I got a double-wrapped burrito, and this man wrapped the first tortilla, looked at the second one, and turned the whole thing into an absolute masterpiece. Tight. Clean. Perfect. Not a grain of rice out of place. Michelangelo had the Sistine Chapel. Frank has burritos. Chipotle, protect this man at all costs. Study his technique. Have him train the next generation. Because if every Chipotle had a Frank, we would never have to experience a poorly wrapped burrito again. 10/10. Best burrito wrapper in the world. 🌯🏆 Give Frank a raise.

  The service at this location is completely unacceptable. The staff displayed a total disregard for customers with food allergies and acted annoyed and rude when asked to make even the simplest accommodations. I had to repeat my request multiple times before anyone seemed to understand it, which is incredibly concerning when dealing with allergy-related requests. To make matters worse, employees were using the same gloves for everything handling different items, touching surfaces, even scratching themselves before touching my burrito without changing gloves. It’s unsanitary and shows a complete lack of basic food safety practices. The restaurant itself was also filthy, with food scattered around and a noticeable lack of cleanliness throughout. Between the poor hygiene, unprofessional attitude, and complete disregard for customer safety, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you’re willing to risk terrible service and unsafe food handling.

  Terrible service. I asked for just a little bit more meat because I was only given one serving. The employee asked if I wanted double, and I clearly said no I just wanted a tiny bit more. He literally added one small piece of meat. He also gave me what looked like the last two spoonfuls of rice. Then, when I went to pay, the employee was on his phone instead of bagging my food, so I had to bag it myself. The service here is consistently disappointing. It’s frustrating to spend money on a meal and receive such poor portions and customer service. Definitely not a good experience not to mention the place is always dirty
