- QJQ JJul 18, 20261.0On July 4, I attempted to place a mobile order at this location for pickup. When I submitted my order, I repeatedly received error messages. Because it was only a few minutes before 5:00 p.m. and a holiday,I assumed the location may have been closing, so I went to another Dunkin’ location nearby and successfully placed my order there. The next day, I reviewed my bank transactions and discovered that I had actually been charged twice for orders resulting in a total of three Dunkin’ orders that day. On Monday, I called and spoke with Omar. I explained what had happened, and he told me it would not be a problem to issue a refund. I let him know I would come by after 5:00 p.m., and he said he would inform the manager on duty. When I arrived later that day, the manager on duty, who identified himself as “Adam”,refused to honor the refund. He told me the charges were my fault, despite the fact that I had received error messages while placing the order. He also stated that because the orders had been made, refunding me would cause the store to lose money. His response was dismissive and lacked any effort to resolve the situation professionally. Since the store refused to correct the issue, I contacted Dunkin’ customer service, and they processed refunds for both duplicate charges. While I appreciate that customer service resolved the financial issue, I am extremely disappointed by the way this situation was handled at the store level. The manager’s attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable and left a very negative impression. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

- CRChris RuskieJun 9, 20261.0As if it wasn't bad enough that they had a lousy selection of the most basic donuts, and the fact that it is $18 a dozen (I know everything is expensive now, but this is still absurd), at 7:20 a.m. these were the stalest donuts I've ever received in my life. They had to be from yesterday, if not two days ago, completely unacceptable how terrible they were, especially for that price. There are so many Dunkin around and the majority of them are terrible now, but this was the worst yet.

When we walked in the employees were sitting on their phones and not at all acknowledge us at all, we waited for a minute or so, until the lady looked up at us with a dirty glare. We went to order and we ordered. she gave us rude glances throughout the interaction. We payed with cash and coins and that seamed to upset her. She looked at her coworker and mouthed something and rolled her eyes. We where being respectful and saying thank you but she still was mean. This interaction make the atmosphere tense and ruined our day. I understand that workers are tired and probably had a long day but so did we. We tried to be as nice as possible. I cant believe that grown people act like this. This is not my first time at this Dunkin and they always act like this. Do not recommend
