  If I could give a zero I would. I was double charged for an in app order that I sent my son in to pick up and they made him pay cash saying the order didn’t go through and presented him with a receipt that showed the approved charge for my debit card. I called the store and was very disappointed with the attitude and rude tone of the manager that I spoke to. She told me to send the receipt back and if it showed both charges it would be refunded on the spot. We returned and she still refused to refund the money. I called the store multiple times to attempt to resolve it and no one answered the phone when it hit my account so I contacted corporate. We won’t be returning to this place. If you have an attitude because your workers make a mistake and refuse to fix I’m not quite sure who would want to frequent a place of business like that. It certainly isn’t me and my family.

  My special needs child can run this place better! Rude, Inconsiderate and absolute refusal to ever fix mistakes made by they themselves when proof is always given as well. You make +$15 an hour for machines to do 90% of your work and you still can't get things right. Explains why it always looks like a local hangout instead of a job. I would say do better but it's clear as day that's never going to happen. Lol. BLESS YOUR HEARTS!

  Pésimo servicio, ordené algo y ellos por error de ellos no hicieron lo que pedí y voy a reclamar mi pedido y querían que pagara dos dólares más por un error de ellos ??? Es en serio jamas volvería a este lugar no saben cuidar a sus viejos clientes

  Got everything in the order wrong. Order cheeseburger happy meal got nuggets. Didn't give us the apple juice for the happy meal and the other adult meals were all wrong. On top of that we had to sit and wait for 15 minutes for them to give us the wrong order. Avoid this location at all costs, they don't care. For the cost of food for a family of 4 there should be some sort of customer service. This is why people are not eating at McDonald's anymore. Poor quality, poor service, for ridiculous prices.
