- CSCarla Almonte Sanchez3 days ago1.0My experience at this Dunkin’ was very unpleasant. I ordered a hot drink, but I was given a cold one. When I explained that it was not what I ordered and that I did not want it, I was told that I had to pay again for a new drink. I ended up paying and receiving nothing. The employee also had an attitude and asked me what country I was from, which I found completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. I paid for a drink and left without receiving what I ordered. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the customer service experience.

I hate their coffee but it is my train station and the staff is very accommodating when i beg them to please not put whatever godforsaken amount of sweeteners corporate trains then to do. Service can be a little slow but I have a feeling it's more due to the kids and families that are just sort of milling around in the way while the commuters are just trying to get their caffeine and get out. Staff sometimes looks like they're trying to herd cats. If you've ever worked in retail or a restaurant you know what I mean. Some people just never know where to stand while waiting. But it's clean. If you're not going for some fancy blended 40 oz concoction you can get out for a couple bucks. And if there's inclement weather they don't mind if you stand tucked in a corner somewhere. Just be sure to buy something every once in awhile.

Keeping the lights off deters customers from entering because it makes the store look closed. The coffee is hit or miss; it really depends on who is pumping the flavors into your cup. Fortunately, the coffee tasted good today, but it was frustrating to wait 25 minutes while believing the store was still closed.
- MMMark MoraApr 29, 20261.0Each and everytime i come.here i order a macciatto and get a latte instead. It never fails. If I go to Parlin, Sayerville or Old Bridge they always get it right. Its sucks because this is in my area its the closest but its the most incompetent.
