  Awful experience. I’ve been comming here for 25 years and recently the service and quality went very down hill. The workers are slow, very SLOW if you know what I mean….. blizzard cups filled half way. I ordered a medium ice cream and got 2 scoops the size of a quail egg and the guy with the bowl hair cut had more ice cream on his hands and apron than in my bowl

  I don't know what happened to this place, long lines slow service, ice cream cup was half full and blizzard served melted. Decided to give this place another shot tonight and saw the guy with the funny haircut making ice cream sandwiches with his hands, without gloves. Never Again

  Worst customer service. They just don’t treat any customers politely, can’t handle too much crowd, closing / opening lanes as they wish and causing confusions and don’t see who came first. And no apologies what so ever. I have been going here for years but now I feel it’s not worth the hype.

  Ordered 2 swirl cones about 15 minutes ago. Mine was about 90% chocolate and 10% vanilla. When I complained the girl working there said "that's the way the machine is making it; there's nothing I can do about it." The girl even rejected my request to switch to all vanilla which, although not my first choice, was a reasonable resolution. When my daughter began eating her swirl cone with chocolate sprinkles it became clear that hers was 50/50. When I went back to complain again and told her I'd be posting a bad review she lied and said she would have given me a new cone if I had asked for it. Terrible customer service. I've been going to other Dairy Queens for over 50 years but this place is an outlier. I think this is the first bad review I've ever written but I couldn't let this one go. Avoid this place at all costs.
