- MDMit Dani5 days ago1.0This DQ has gone downhill with every single visit, and today was the final straw. I’ve given this place 4–5 chances this year, each time hoping it would finally improve. It never does. Every time I walk in, the entire staff seems to be different. The workers regularly act like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering ice cream you’re paying for. I’ve received melted Blizzards more than once. Service is consistently slow, and you have to repeat yourself multiple times just to get a basic order understood. Mistakes happen—people are human—but when it’s every single visit, it’s not a mistake anymore. It’s the standard. Today sealed it. Two employees working, both painfully slow. I had to explain my order several times. They were handing out other customers’ orders in no particular order while I stood there waiting. I ordered two Blizzards. The first one finally came out after more than 7 minutes. The second one took over 10. I’m done. There are plenty of other ice cream spots nearby that actually get the basics right—correct orders, reasonable speed, and staff who don’t treat customers like a burden. This location has lost my business for good.
