  Ordered 2 swirl cones about 15 minutes ago. Mine was about 90% chocolate and 10% vanilla. When I complained the girl working there said "that's the way the machine is making it; there's nothing I can do about it." The girl even rejected my request to switch to all vanilla which, although not my first choice, was a reasonable resolution. When my daughter began eating her swirl cone with chocolate sprinkles it became clear that hers was 50/50. When I went back to complain again and told her I'd be posting a bad review she lied and said she would have given me a new cone if I had asked for it. Terrible customer service. I've been going to other Dairy Queens for over 50 years but this place is an outlier. I think this is the first bad review I've ever written but I couldn't let this one go. Avoid this place at all costs.

  I am really disappointed in my experience here. The service was opsured, they had such a bad attitude and gave us looks that were not welcoming at all. I waited a good amount of time to get a banana split that turned out horrible and 2 cones.The ice cream itself came out horrible and tasted so bad, to the point where I had to switch out my Cookie Monster ice cream cone to another flavor ice cream which also turned out disgusting. And when I told them I didn’t like it they didn’t even seem to care. Not only that, but the ice cream itself is overpriced for the quality of the ice cream you get. Definitely not what I expected it to be. Overall, between the poor and bad service and low-quality ice cream and just the overall experience, I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone or come back to this place ever again.

  Horribly run & the woman working there tonight on 4/11/26 has THE WORST ATTITUDE!!! Ordered a couple of blizzards and she basically threw them at me. Awful look on her face too. I used to frequent this location but after tonight never again!

  WE WAS my 1st time having DQ and I "ISN'T" UPSET. EYES HAS a simple vanilla cones and another vanilla, cherry dipped cones. It's great icecream very similar to whipped cream.

  First, thank you to the owner for getting back to me.But I did go there again today.Just to get a grape slush, I even said to them.This is not the consistency of how your slush should look.And they said to me, that's how the machine is when its over frozne sometimes , like what? it's straight grape water. Done with this place Can't even go here with one person online.You wait and wait and wait.
