  I come to this location frequently, usually during late night hours and the food is usually decent. However, I went this afternoon and my chalupa wasn’t even fried all the way, it was too soft and nowhere near golden brown. Food was lukewarm too. I go to other locations and they make it just right.

  This Taco Bell does not value its customers’ needs, despite the fact that I paid for my food. I accidentally included bacon in my order, even though I am unable to eat it. When I asked for it to be remade without bacon, she refused. It would have cost them nearly $0.50 to help me out, and I paid $14.78 for four tacos. She could have easily created a solution. I really do not understand how customer needs are not prioritized or valued at such a large franchise brand.
