- APAmanda PetersenOct 5, 20261.0I believe they might be understaffed. We were asked to pull up the door but there were three other cars in front of us so we couldn't and the staff in the window started getting irritated the fact that we were still next to the window because we couldn't pull up and kept on telling us to go to the front so unless we hit other cars to get through we were not going to get through I understand that they're trying to get other orders done but when they were like that there was no cars behind us maybe if they had spots up front that were dedicated for customer pickups for when they got busy. If management doesn't know that that's an issue that is an issue and if the management team was part of this that's even a bigger issue granted we didn't have to wait long so asking us to move up was not really an issue and should have not been needed the one on Route 1 and on 130 so much better than this location go there instead
