- CWcaitlin wyckoffJul 24, 20261.0Placed an order here after work as you can see in this screenshot. When I walked in, I see there is only one order at the pick up rack which is mine. I went to use the bathroom quickly before grabbing my order because I didn't want to have my drink with me while I'm going pee. The second I walk out, I walk closer to the counter to make my way to the pick up rack. Before I can even make it to the rack to grab my order, the person at the register (the lady with the glasses) boldly and rudely says "just so you know for next time, the bathroom is for customers only". That rubbed me the wrong way given the ONLY drink order sitting there, that was paid for was MINE. I responded saying that I am a customer, and pointed to the only coffee sitting there waiting to be grabbed. She told me people come in and just use the bathroom often and leave, in which I responded that she should be making sure that she isn't saying those things to paying customers and making assumptions all based on what others do. I then asked for her name so I could tell her manager how this experience is deterring me from coming back again, which is unfortunate. She refused to give me her name, so I asked her coworker for the ladies name and she said "I mean she doesn't want to tell you so" and then I told them I would be taking a picture to show their manager who they are. This kind of behavior is honestly unacceptable as a food service worker. And they thought it was funny for some reason? Yeah I will be looking forward to talking to their boss.

- WRwelcome riyazAug 6, 20171.0The employee Amit is really good. But the owner who is white indian, is not treating the customers in a nice way. Coffee was ordered and was not served good. He didn't provide receipt and he was not wearing the badge at all. Worst dunkin donut ever i visited.
