- MMMario MatosApr 26, 20261.0This Dunkin' Donuts is beyond a joke. Whoever is the manager or owner of this location should definitely pay attention to their team! This is the first Dunkin' Donuts I've been to where people can't even say "Good morning" or "Hi, how are you?" This was the drive-thru, and when I drove up, there was no "You're welcome" or "Have a nice day." They didn't even say my total. From one business owner to the next, if your staff can't use simple common courtesy with your customers, how do you expect your business to do well? You can blame the manager for this, as this is simple one-on-one training. On top of all of this, they still gave me the wrong order. Never coming here again. They have 4.1 reviews for a reason.

Only one guy was working the front of house. The store was filled with flies, swarming around the lights and the people in store. I also noticed the drive thru times on the screen were horrendous. As somebody who worked at a coffee shop with a drive thru, this is no way to go about running a store. I hope at least a few competent employees are hired to clean and run things smoothly.

Download $25 and cashier overcharged lost my money because the owner says he can’t do anything only to take my money! Well you are the absolute worst and I feel bad for all of your employees who you make do your dirty work! We will never be back!
