The staff here don’t listen to what you are ordering, the doughnuts are normally hard, and there are always bugs flying in the lobby. Well this past weekend on Sunday it was a little worse, there were dead flies on the floor, not only was the inside busy but so was the drive through. They got my order wrong and I didn’t even bother to get it fixed because they would tell me “ well that’s not what’s on the receipt” and that’s because the person taking my order didn’t listen in the first place. Truly do not recommend going to this location. I would make the drive to the Voorhees one.

Since my concerns were ignored, I feel it’s necessary to now share my experience publicly. I visited the Dunkin location in Somerdale and had a very concerning interaction with an employee. When I pulled up to place my order, the employee refused to take my order at the speaker. The man behind me was honking and yelling to hurry up. It clearly wasn’t me. After sitting for almost 10 mins stuck there, I pulled forward to the window to try to speak with her and she rolled her eyes, made an inappropriate hand gesture toward me, yelled something at me in another language that I did not understand, and then walked away from the window without returning. The other employee behind her rolled her eyes at the employee because she must’ve been dealing with her poor attitude all day. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of professionalism and the fact that I made an effort to handle this privately first before posting publicly. I understand everyone has bad days, but customers should not be treated this way, and concerns brought to corporate should at the very least receive a response. There were very nice employees here for months and I’m lot sure where they went. The woman with the headband is very very nasty and I have not returned since. Also, another woman posted a similar situation on the local town page that occurred that same day, at this same location.
