My wife got a Panzarotti with almost no cheese she called to ask if they could replace it and was told no we eat there often and have been unhappy with them in the past but due to how close we live we kept giving them our business, I will never spend a dime there again

I am LIVID. I ordered here, looking for- well, honestly just something good to eat and came here. When the food arrived, I opened my burger and mozzerella sticks, and noticed the first red flag in my order-the cheese. Mention that it is cheese sauce, please?! It’s not that hard to add it in your menu-or just use normal cheese entirely. The burger was sloppy and made wrong, do you guys even know how to make a burger?! When I took a bite of it, all of the toppings slid out immediately-simply proving my point-your kitchen staff has no burger creation skills nor talent. My fingers were dirty from the sloppiness and cheese sauce immediately! It doesn’t even taste that good… Nothing wrong with my other food in the order. Burger is a NO. It is sloppy, built incorrectly-why would you put the lettuce and tomato's under the burger-bread is soggy, and who puts cheddar cheese sauce on a burger? Tuscan does! To others thinking of ordering a burger, DO NOT GET IT FROM HERE. It’s called Tuscan PIZZA, not Tuscan Burger. I will NEVER come to this place AGAIN! Do not expect me to come here. Also I am 11 and my point is valid!!

Ordered the meat lover's Pizza with no pepperoni had a little too much bacon for my taste, overall, it was very good. No flop nice and crispy without being burnt., no dining room just tables in front of the counter.

I have been a frequent customer over the past year. I don’t know if they have new owners or new cooks in the kitchen or what, but the food has drastically changed over the last month or so. Typically this is my go to pizza place and love it. My past two orders have been overwhelmingly disappointing. About a week ago some friends and I all ordered fried pizza turnovers. Usually, they are delicious. This time it was undercooked and so salty. No big deal, maybe it was just a mistake, I’ll give them another chance. Tonight I ordered a margarita pizza, as you can see in the photo it is overcooked and the crust is 50% thicker than usual. It feels like a rock. Very light on the sauce, too. Also, if anyone uses their app, they know you earn points with every purchase. I saved 2500 points which is the highest reward. They shut down their app for a few weeks and we were unable to use the points. Now the app is back up and running, they subtracted 50 points for some unknown reason. It takes a long time to earn points. Maybe they expire but I would have been able to use those points if you didn’t shut the app down for a month. Hoping I can find a consistently good pizza place in this area, even if I have to pay a little more.
