  I called to place an order over the phone and was told that my order had been received and would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. Based on that information, I drove to the restaurant and arrived about 20 minutes later to pick up my food. When I arrived, I was informed that the restaurant never received my order and my food had not been prepared. I was told there had been a mix-up involving Pizza Hut’s third-party customer service ordering system. This was extremely frustrating because I placed my order by phone, was given a specific pickup time, and drove to the restaurant expecting my food to be ready. I should not have been told that my order was accepted and would be ready in 20 minutes if the order had never actually been sent to the restaurant. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the inconvenience this caused. I would like this issue reviewed, particularly the process involving the third-party phone ordering service, so that customers are not given confirmation and pickup times for orders that the restaurant never receives.

  Everthing was fresh and hot and ready very fast. The place was clean and the servers were friendly. I will go back!
