    If you ever want to teach a master class on poor fast food restaurant management stop by this McDonald’s. Im convinced this location is the reason Burger King down the road is still in business. 🤦‍♂️

    I usually would never leave a review to a fast food spot, but this McDonald’s is absolutely terrible. Not only was I made to wait incredibly long, the food came out nearly cold and inedible. Really surprised this location is still open. Sad.

    Ordered from the kiosk with not ONE customer in the dinning area and waiting for 20 minutes for my meal to be almost ready to bring up. I simply needed my money back at this point and they can keep the food, did not seem like they wanted me to have it anyway.

    My wife,son and I stopped in for dinner. Got two Big Macs and McCrispy meals. Let's just say after waiting over 10 minutes for our meals. The only thing that was hot was the fries. My Big Mac was bearly warm, sure my son's was too. My wifes McCrispy ended up being a McChicken that looked like it was dropped on the floor. And she had to ask 2x to get the issue corrected. It wasn't due to them being busy. I only saw four cars come through the drive through. And there was only two other groups of people inside, one had already ordered. The only thing that can explain it is they were too busy on their cell phones to pay attention to what needs to be done. Which can end up causing safety issues. "Work is work.
