  Very very poor customer service lately, been a daily customer 6+ years. An employee yelled at me because I asked if the person preparing the food said there’s a wait for my order. Employees, with exception of Laverne and 1 other are lazy and rude. Total disregard for efficient customer service. I’ll take my business elsewhere because I contacted corporate to no avail.

  What happened to there wonderful donuts that were made on site? Honestly the only thing that’s really tasty are the munchkin aka donut holes! These are our grandchildren’s favorite! Yes, they have amazing selection of coffees and drinks, but their food honesy taste like chemicals to me , maybe from the cleaning agents used to clean out the microwave when they reheat everything! Depending on what Dunkin’ Donuts you go to, will depend on your service and how friendly the staff will be!

  They so terrible in the morning they customer service is bad the black old lady look at me wrong because I trying to make sure my stuff is in order and then the boy have the balls to tell me they busy I’m trying to think how busy are yall it like 3 cars in line and I’m only person in the front

  The last two times I was stare the Service. It was the worst and just today I was there and there was no Donna left. No even glazed donuts really Dunkin’ Donuts ran out of Doughnut
