  My wife and I absolutely love 7 Brew but we had our first ever poor experience. We had ordered 3 drinks (which were fantastic) but while we were waiting to receive our drinks our youngest son texted us to let us know he was up. I felt bad going home without a drink for him as well so I asked the extremely sweet and professional young lady with spider man nails (only way to identify her as I didnt catch her name) if it was ok to order a 4th drink even though I had already paid. She said yes and we ordered one more drink. This is where our experience went south. A young man with Black hair working inside making the drinks came out and yelled at the young lady "NEXT TIME MAKE THEM GO AROUND AND GET BACK IN LINE!" I was shocked. First, the young lady did nothing wrong except provide excellent service so why yell at her? Second, I felt he said it loud enough so we would hear it. Just talk to us if you are that upset.

  Drive through coffee. They were very kind. Drinks were prepared fast, which was great! No line when we were there. Not quality so much as convenience and fun menu. Stuff for adults and kids, hot and cold

  Great location and easy to access. Very friendly employees and the drinks my son and I got were delicious. Even though the line was long, it moved quickly.

  I had such a great experience at 7 Brew thanks to Nina! She provided amazing customer service from the moment I pulled up. She was super friendly, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude that it really made my day. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. Not only was the service great, but the coffee was perfect too! Made exactly right and it was honestly one of the best cups I’ve had from 7 Brew. Fast service, great energy, and great coffee. Thank you, Nina, for going above and beyond. Employees like you are the reason people keep coming back!
