    Very disappointed with my experience at Dunkin’. I was accidentally charged twice for my order, and when I brought it to the employee’s attention and asked for my food to be remade, the situation was handled unprofessionally. The employee turned around and made a face instead of addressing the issue respectfully. Mistakes happen, but customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience when trying to fix them. Between being double-charged and the rude attitude, this was a frustrating experience. I hope management addresses both customer service and accuracy when processing orders.

    Mobile ordered three warm items and a donut. They didn’t put the donut out and I luckily noticed when I peeked in the bag before leaving. To their credit, didn’t give me a hard time about it when I asked at the counter. Only after leaving did I realize they put bacon on the sandwich instead of sausage as ordered. Hash browns were ice cold.

    Mal servicio ordene 5 bebidas las cuales no les pusieron los toppings que mostraba en la app la persona que estaba de encargada no quiso cobrar $.85 centavos más por caramelo y azúcar de canela y encargado nos dijo que los topping se cobran por separado la verdad que mal servicio a demás ni siquiera tiene el sabor de lo que pedí no tiene ni caramelo adrentro del vaso muy desagradable
